MPRRC Join The Club

Joining the club is easy. Just click the Adobe PDF icon below and print the application form. A separate form is required for each family member.

The forms gives only a sign up until June 30 2010 option. However, for those who intend to continue membership to June 2011, we have decided to prorate dues as follows:

	Jan - $15 + $30 = $45, expiration date 30 Jun 2011
	Feb - $12.50 + $30 = $42.50, expiration date 30 Jun 2011
	Mar - $10 + $30 = $40.00, expiration date 30 Jun 2011
	Apr - $7.50 + $30 = $37.50, expiration date 30 Jun 2011
	May - $5 + $30 = $35.00, expiration date 30 Jun 2011
	Jun - $2.50 + $30 = $32.50, expiration date 30 Jun 2011

If the individual doesn't want to sign up for the next year, then that person pays $30 with an expiration date of 30 June 2010.
