Volunteer at the Hapalua Expo: April 7-9, 2022

This year the Hapalua Half Marathon, Sunday, April 10, 2022, is having a packet pick-up with an Expo. The club has reserved a booth to promote the club and our activities so we need some volunteers to work the booth in short shifts. Volunteers will greet runners coming to the Expo, provide information about the club and races and offer club merchandise for sale. If you’ve have worked an Expo booth previously then you know how much fun it is to hang out with folks who do what we do – run! Orientation and information about what to do will be provided so you don’t need to be an expert on club activities – just be willing to help out and meet some awesome people!
The Rundown:
Hapalua Half Marathon Expo
Hawaii Convention Center, Ballroom A, 4th Floor
1801 Kalakaua Ave, Honolulu, HI
Set up: Thursday, April 7, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. – put up the display
Expo Day 1: Friday, April 8, 2022, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Expo Day 2: Saturday, April 9, 2022, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Expo closes at 4, breakdown till 5.
